Dispatcher
The position of dispatcher assists the driver and patients. A dispatcher needs to act as an important middle man between medical staff, company staff, and our patients. As a dispatcher you will need to plan and schedule routes as well as answering customer phone calls and staying in close contact with our companies drivers to ensure and time and excellent service.

Essential Job Functions
- Take emergency and non-emergency calls
- Dispatch units and follow established procedures
- Great communication with customers and staff
- Take incoming calls and listen to customers needs and location to determine proper response
- Assign drivers routes
- keep track of overtime
- Make sure all staff take proper breaks and stay on task when on the job
- Create detialed records of all calls, routes, and messages
- Give drivers daily operations
- Maintain all files, paperwork, and logs and complete and prepare reports

- High School diploma
- Familiar with computer application and keepig logs

Driver
A driver is tasked with transporting patients to many different medical facilities. Driver's are expected to inspect and take care of their vehicle while not in transit. Drivers will be given a daily list of other actions needed from them. Must be organized and will be asked to complete vehicle inspections, drug tests, background checks, and all drivers must maintain a valid drivers license.
